Christians, What was your Saviors Given Hebrew Name?

Be honest don't research it.. If you do not know just say I do not know....

Obviously the translators couldn't even translate the name of the Christ correctly so what makes you think they got anything else right.

I was a Baptised Christian for 16 years and did not know the answer to this question until I got wise and became Agnostic!!

Christians, What was your Saviors Given Hebrew Name?
Yeshua ben Yusef, though I'm an Agnostic as well.
Reply:Herb Manckewitz
Reply:Yeshua or Y'shua. Of course they have a different alphabet from ours, so there will be differences.
Reply:Yeshua (which means Salvation) ben Yowseph. (Jesus son of Joseph).

Peace.
Reply:Yehoshua , Hebrew 讬职讛讜止砖只讈注址 Joshua,
Reply:YESHUA...
Reply:Yeshua bar Yoseph
Reply:Yeshua (Hebrew) means He will save. And you will name Him Yeshua because He will save His people. Emanuel means God with man. Emanuel would be born of a virgin. From Isaiah.

Christ is the Greek word meaning Messiah.

Jesus Christ is LORD. God has highly exalted Him with a name above all others. That at the name of Jesus (Yeshua) every knee shall bow %26amp; tongue confess Jesus (Yeshua) Christ (Messiah) is LORD (Yahweh).

So Yeshua Messiah Yahweh or Yahweh Yeshua Messiah.

Jesus Christ is Lord. It is just different languages yet the same God.
Reply:yeshua or something like that. what does this prove though. a name gat mispronounced and mistranslated... big deal
Reply:What are you wanting Emmanuel or Yesuah, Jesuah?
Reply:Yomamma
Reply:If you really became wise, you might shut your mouth.

Job 38:36 Who endowed the heart with wisdom or gave understanding to the mind ?
Reply:You're right, I do not know.
Reply:Yeshua.

Jeshua.

Why would that matter- and are you sure you got "wise"?
Reply:as an agnostic i bet you spend most of your time in the religion and spirituality section asking a bunch of crazy questions to challenge our faith. Hmmm....I bet God has a better plan for you than this.
Reply:Emmanuel.. it's like the first few sentences once you get into the Bible.

Can you tell me what Agnostic means? It's a person who doesn't know what to believe..and pretty much they don't know what they are talking about either..
Reply:Putting things in English here for now; Jesus was the Lord, Jehovah, Yahweh, etc.

Jesus from the Greek, is the same as Joshua from the Hebrew.

Tidbit; Joshua's father was Nun; which , means perpetual. (Is Jesus's Father perpetual/eternal?
Reply:you are a sick bastard that had problems in childhood. you have created your own opinion that is false if i may add, you think you are the smartest on the earth and that all others are mistaking and where have you found the information that they could not translate the name of the Christ. by the way i am orthodox
Reply:I know but I can't type it here since my keyboard doesn't have Aramaic characters nor does it type from right to left.
Reply:Yeshua
Reply:I don't know the answer but would love to hear it, thanks.
Reply:What a way to persuade people. Great method right there, I'll give you a pat on the back. NOT!
Reply:I know it is not Jesus but, I am sorry, I do not remember what it was.
Reply:Joshua Ben Joseph.
Reply:Yeah your background amuses me sorry but until you change your on your way to hell.
Reply:What does this prove?
Reply:Thinkin he is all

HEB JEW BUDA SO ON %26amp; SO ON
Reply:lol I know the answer to this question, but never knew it when I was still a Christian. XD
