How would you spell my name "Danielle" in hebrew?

I want to get an original tattoo my name means god will be my judge and I strongly believe that. so I wanted to get my name in the language of my savior. so if anyone could help me. I would really appreciate it. thanks

Reply:I think the closest thing to "Danielle" you can get in Hebrew is Daniela. Check out the site below. It will show you how to write it in Hebrew. I tried to copy and paste it here but it wouldn't let me, so you'll have to go there yourself to see it. The site also allows you to search for any other name in English that you want and will give you the Hebrew version of it.

What a great name. And, since you want to be faithful to the Hebrew, let me suggest you consider that the Bible clearly states that believers are not to cut or mark their bodies. Lev 19:28 "'Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD." Out of true respect for your judge and savior, don't get the tatoo at all, it only identifies you as a follower of the culture of the moment rather than what you claim. Take care.
