I am told my name doesn't really have a translation but i just want it spelled out.

Dulce means sweet so you can go with that translation, or just have the word written for you in Hebrew as it is pronounced in English.

Since this is for a tattoo, you might want to check out this service of professional translation and design for Hebrew tattoos: http://www.my-hebrew-tattoo.com

Reply:As written above, the translation for your name would be 'sweet' which is 'matuk' (male) or 'metuka' (female) in Hebrew. So there is a translation, but it's not a Hebrew name kind of translation. It's spelled:

诪转讜拽 (male)

诪转讜拽讛 (female)

A better option might be simply transliterating your name instead of translating it. So writing your name in Hebrew characters depends on how you pronounce it. If you pronounce it like in spanish, dool-seh, then its:

讚讜诇住讛

and if you pronounce it like in italian, dool-cheh, then its:

讚讜诇爪'讛

if you need any more help with this translation or with designing your tattoo feel free to conact me on my website :)
