Jews- what is your hebrew name?

And what does it mean?

Jews- what is your hebrew name?
Raviv ben Shelev

Raviv means rain, Shelev is my father's name.
Reply:I was never given one. No bat mitzvah, no temple on Saturdays, nothing religious in my upbringing. My family had secular Hanukkah, secular Passover, no religion.

I did attend Shula, which was Yiddish school, once a week for a while, but that was to learn about my culture, not my religion. I also attended a secular Jewish camp, but again, it was focused on culture.
Reply:Chanan (pronounced with that Hebrew 'ch' sound that doesn't exist in English, but sounds like you're clearing your throat) ben Meyer. I don't remember what Chanan means, or my Hebrew middle name. The ben Meyer is son of Meyer, my dad's name.
Reply:MY name mean Lilly in Hebrew

Chrisitan chickie...:)
Reply:Pazit: gold, golden

But the Hebrew name is the only one I have :-)
Reply:Mine is Chaya Leah and I don't know what it means! I guess I'll have to ask my Mom.
Reply:My name is chaya and it means life
