What is the name of the man who revived the original Hebrew language in Israel?

Eliezer Ben-Yehuda. theres a street named after him in every Israeli city.

but you should know that the modern Hebrew he invented differs from the biblical kind in that grammar works differently sometimes. modern Hebrew also makes use of many loanwords for modern things.

he also died before the creation of the modern state.

What is the name of the man who revived the original Hebrew language in Israel?
Mitch
Reply:鈾?Bin-Yahuda just improved and fitted ancient Hebrew. Practical revival of Hebrew was implemented by 5 or 6 women (I don鈥檛 remember their names regretfully) who organized the first Hebrew kindergarten for their kids in Arabic/English language media of Palestine;

A breathtaking story!
