Hebrew name Peniel / Penuel for boy?

I am thinking of giving my son the name Peniel or Penuel as his Hebrew / Jewish name? Is one or the other more suitable as a name for a boy? Both are used in the same biblical passage and I believe mean "Face of God" so I'm not sure what the difference is. Thanks!

Hebrew name Peniel / Penuel for boy?
I like these names...

Peniel [驻旨职谞执讬讗值诇] and Penuel [驻旨职谞讜旨讗值诇] are the names of the place where Jacob wrestled the angel (Genesis 32:31-32).

The difference between the two names comes from the different syntactic role they are playing in the passages, but they both mean the same thing: "face of god".
Reply:Hey, if you like the name, then go for it! Don't listen to anyone else, just listen to your heart. :D

But also think of your child--will he like the name? A name stays with you forever, and even if you change it, it's still a major part of you. Make sure this is really what you want before you name your child this.

Best of luck.
