I've searched the internet and i've found a few different ways to write it but i'm not sure if it's accurate, so i thought the best idea would be to ask someone who can write/speak Hebrew. Thanks for your help!
Does anybody know how to translate the name Rachel into Hebrew?
From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rachel
专讞诇
It means "lamb of god", or possibly "innocence and gentility of a rose" or "lovely".
From http://www.behindthename.com/name/rachel
RACHEL
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English, Jewish, French, German, Biblical
Other Scripts: 专指讞值诇 (Hebrew)
Pronounced: RAY-chel (English), ra-SHEL (French)
Means "ewe" in Hebrew. She was the favourite wife of Jacob and the mother of Joseph and Benjamin in the Old Testament.
Reply:Rachel as in the wife of Jacob in hebrew is Rachel, but the CH is pronouced with a sound from the back of your throat.
Reply:yeah Rachel
normally names which are translated usually stay the same... otherwise it isnt your name anymore but a object or word of some sort....
Reply:Rachel --- 专指讞值诇
